Renter agrees to pay the monthly rental fee to San Marino Music Center by authorizing to charge the credit card on file. 2. The monthly rental fee will reflect the same price that was charged at the time of checkout. 3. The monthly rental fee will recur on each calendar date of the initial online transaction. 4. Renters not taking private music lessons at SMMC are required to rent the instrument for a minimum of 6 months. 5. Renter understands he/she paid a deposit at time of checkout that will be refunded when the instrument is returned in good condition and following inspection by one of our service technicians. Deposit can be applied towards the purchase of a new instrument. 6. Rental payments made up to the 6th month can be applied towards the purchase of a new instrument. Rental payments collected beyond the 6th month will not be applied towards the purchase. ALL GUITAR & KEYBOARD RENTALS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS PROVISION. 7. Insurance coverage is added at an additional cost of $7.50/month that covers all damages and repairs, including total loss. 8. Renter confirms information is accurate and complete and agrees to notify us of change of address or phone number. 9. Renter authorizes San Marino Music Center to charge the renter's credit card by agreeing to these terms. Renter agrees to pay a $7 late fee for payments turned in 7 days after they are due. 10. Renter agrees that San Marino Music Center has the right to pick up the instrument wherever it is located if the renter has not fully complied with all contract terms. Renter agrees to handle all instrument repairs through San Marino Music Center.
