The Chateau C08*-06 is a great choice as a beginner acoustic guitar for any age.  This guitar will not break the bank, providing nice tone and  good playability.  These qualities make it easier for beginner guitar students to learn and enjoy the instrument. These guitars are made with a spruce top, mahogany back and sides and rosewood fingerboard and bridge.

The guitar is of a 39″ scale length, making it a full size classical guitar. These guitars are outfitted with nylon strings.  Nylon strings are softer in comparison to steel strings and makes it easier/more comfortable for beginner acoustic guitarist to play. This is a great instrument for the beginner, but not recommended as a second guitar or as an upgrade. Enjoy it for yourself, your daughter or your son!
