The Teton STC-105NT classical guitar is a full size nylon string guitar. These instruments are perfect options for the beginning guitar student who is learning to play. Guitar students and teachers will appreciate the comfort, playability,
tone and sound of this instrument. Student guitarists should have good instruments in terms of sound and playability to facilitate learning. The Teton STC-105NT checks both of those boxes and then some! The top of this instrument is made
of red cedar. Mahogany is used for the instruments back and sides. The red cedar top against the dark brown mahogany gives the instrument a vintage classical guitar appeal. The soft pearl binding accentuates the different appearance
between the cedar and mahogany woods, creating a distinctive look. The cedar top gives the instrument it’s warm tone while the mahogany lends itself to good sound projection. This classic combination of tonewoods makes the Teton STC-105 NT
classical guitar a great instrument to play and listen to.

As a nylon string instrument, it’s well suited for beginner players. The softer string tension makes it easier to pinch notes unlike their steel string counterparts. A simple splintered Mahogany rosette adorns the soundhole of the instrument
and accentuates the natural finish. The Teton logo is prominently displayed on the headstock in gold finish to match the gold classical tuning machines. Indian Laurel wood is used for the fingerboard while a thin gloss veneer covers and protects
the instrument from the elements without sacrificing sound.
