Cort G200 Electric Guitar

The Cort G200 Electric Guitar is a wonderful option for any entry level guitarist looking to get their rock on! This guitar has quality written all over it. These guitars are made in the same factory as PRS, Ibanez and Fender guitars-the Cor-Tek factory. The body boasts a  double-cutaway design that provides access to the high frets for screaming solos. The body is made from Poplar wood and produces a balanced sound with strong mids and a firm low end. With this tonal flexibility, it’s a guitar made to handle anything from clean rhythm work to heavier rock tones. The sky-blue color also gives the G200 a brighter, vintage look.

The Powersound H-S-S pickup configuration is one of the G200’s biggest strengths. With three pickups and 5 tone combinations, this guitar comes with a built in sound spectrum that holds up under a variety of styles. The neck and middle single-coil pickups provide clear, articulate tones that work well for rhythm playing and clean leads. Switch to the bridge humbucker and the sound becomes fuller, punchier, and more aggressive, making it a natural fit for power chords, riffs, and higher-gain playing. A 5-way selector lets you move quickly between these different settings.

The hard maple neck and Jatoba fingerboard give the G200 a stable, comfortable feel with a balanced response and solid sustain. Cort’s staggered locking tuners are another practical upgrade from the G110, improving tuning stability while making string changes less frustrating.

With its versatile pickups, dependable construction, and player-friendly hardware, the Cort G200 is a strong choice. Guitarists who want an instrument that can cover a wide range of styles with exceptional playability will be pleased.
